Virtual View Tours is a Los Angeles real estate media studio, and virtual staging is one of the things we do: photoreal furniture and decor added digitally to photos of empty rooms, so buyers can picture living in the space. It's made for vacant listings at a fraction of what physical staging costs. Every staged image goes out clearly disclosed as digitally enhanced. We never pass it off as a photo of real furniture.

Vacant rooms photograph cold. With no furniture to set the scale, a living room can read smaller than it is and a bedroom can feel sterile. Buyers scrolling listings online skip right past a room that doesn't feel lived-in. Virtual staging fixes that the moment the listing goes live, not weeks later once a physical staging crew has come and gone. For per-photo pricing and the disclosure rules to follow, see our guide to virtual staging cost in LA.

It hands buyers a reference for scale and lifestyle: where the sofa sits, how the bed fits the wall, what the room feels like once it's furnished. There's nothing to rent, schedule or haul in yourself. You pick the style per room, and we deliver the staged gallery next to your untouched originals, both going out clearly labeled.

Before and after

Furnished, digitally. Disclosed, always.

A staged frame reads like a home instead of a floor plan. Below are four real VVT rooms, shot empty and delivered staged. Drag the handle on any one. Nothing about the room itself changes, only the furniture, and every staged image carries a visible "Virtually Staged" disclosure so buyers always know what they're seeing.

Why agents stage virtually

A furnished feel, without the furniture.

01

Fixes the "empty room" problem

Vacant rooms photograph cold and read smaller than they are. Virtual staging gives buyers scale and warmth the moment photos go live.

02

A fraction of the cost and time

We furnish the room digitally in the same visit as your shoot, without the trucks, rental furniture or separate crew a physical staging job would need.

03

Multiple style options

Modern, transitional, warm-minimal, coastal. Pick the look that fits the buyer pool for that room. You can even run a different style in each room.

04

Delivered next-day

Staged frames arrive beside the untouched originals, with no separate staging vendor to wait on.

Buyers need to see themselves living there before they'll book a showing.

83% of home buyers' agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to envision the property as their future home. That figure covers staging in general. On virtual staging specifically, the same report found 34% of home sellers' agents rated it less important to their clients, while 24% rated it equally important. Reported by the National Association of REALTORS® in its 2025 Profile of Home Staging. NAR, 2025

Those last two numbers are agents rating how much virtual staging matters to their clients, not a measure of what it does to a sale price. We'd rather show you both halves than lean on the bigger number, which isn't about this service.

Book your LA shoot

Disclosure, always

Virtual staging, done honestly.

Every virtually staged image Virtual View Tours delivers is clearly labeled as digitally enhanced, both in the filename and with a visible on-image disclosure, and we always hand over the unedited original with it. Most MLS rules require that same disclosure on any digitally altered listing photo, and passing off a virtually staged room as physically furnished can turn into a fair housing and MLS-compliance issue. We stage to help buyers picture the space. We don't stage to mislead them about what's actually in it.

Virtual twilight

Same house. Same afternoon.

Shot in daylight, lit for dusk in the edit. Every virtual twilight we deliver is labeled as virtual, and the day frame comes with it.

I added some virtually staged photos they provided for the vacant unit. With just that added touch, the listing attracted new investors the very first week, and we successfully closed escrow a couple of weeks ago.

Questions, answered

Virtual staging in LA, the essentials.

Is virtual staging disclosed to buyers?

Yes, always. Every virtually staged image Virtual View Tours delivers carries a visible "Virtually Staged" disclosure and is labeled as digitally enhanced, both on the image and in the file name. We also deliver the unedited original alongside every staged photo, and most MLS rules require this same disclosure on any digitally altered listing photo.

What styles are available?

Virtual View Tours offers multiple furnishing styles per room, including modern, transitional, warm-minimal, and coastal, so the look can match the buyer pool and price point of the listing. You can even choose a different style for different rooms in the same home.

How does virtual staging compare to physical staging on cost and time?

Virtual staging costs a fraction of physical staging and takes a fraction of the time, since it skips the rental furniture, the moving trucks and the separate crew a physical install requires. We add it digitally to photos taken during your regular shoot and deliver in under 24 hours, versus the days or weeks it takes to book and run a physical staging install.

How much does virtual staging cost?

Virtual staging is a flat per-photo price with bundle savings as you add rooms: $50 for one photo, $100 for two, $150 for three, $190 for four, $225 for five, $260 for six, and $285 for seven. No square-footage upcharge. Pick the rooms when you book and the price is set before the shoot.

Can you also digitally remove clutter or unwanted items?

Yes. Alongside virtual staging, Virtual View Tours can digitally declutter a room or take distracting items out of photos, whether that's cords, personal items, or leftover furniture, using the same disclosed, digitally-enhanced process. Ask when you book so we can flag which rooms need it.

Every listing you publish at this standard teaches your market what hiring you looks like.

Add staging to any shoot in one tap when you book, and the empty rooms stop costing you showings.
