Floor Plans for Los Angeles Real Estate

A clean, measured plan of the whole home: every room, every doorway, and how the spaces connect. It now comes with every interior shoot we do, and it lands with your gallery the next morning. Need a floor plan on its own, with no shoot? Those start at $100.

Virtual View Tours is a Los Angeles real estate media studio, and a floor plan is now part of every interior shoot we do. A floor plan is a simple overhead drawing of the home with the rooms labeled and measured. Photos show a buyer what a room looks like. The floor plan shows them how the whole house is put together.

That is the one thing photos leave open. A buyer can love the kitchen and still have no idea what sits on the other side of the wall. One look at the plan and the rooms stop being separate pictures. They join into a single map the buyer carries in their head, which answers the question they were really asking: how does this home live day to day?

It also settles the small questions that stall a deal. How big is the primary bedroom, really. Is the office off the hallway or off the living room. Does the square footage add up. A plan answers all of that before anyone picks up the phone, which is why we stopped treating it as an extra and started including it.

Why agents want one on every listing

The layout, answered before the showing.

01

Warmer showings

A buyer who studied the layout online shows up already oriented. They are not working out the house during the walkthrough, they are deciding on it.

02

Square footage, settled

Room names and room dimensions sit right on the plan, so the size question gets answered once instead of coming back in five emails.

03

Out-of-area buyers can judge it

Someone shopping from out of town can see whether the home suits how they live before they book a flight or give up a Saturday.

04

It sits with your photos

The plan publishes alongside the gallery on the MLS and Zillow, right where a buyer is deciding whether to keep scrolling.

We love using Vincent for our real estate media needs. He's very professional, always on time, and delivers great work. His floorplans have helped us clear up square footage questions on many occasions. We'll continue to use his services!

Marketing should be the absolute last reason an agent loses a listing.

A floor plan is a small piece of the package and one of the first things a buyer goes looking for. Now it comes with every interior shoot, so no listing of yours goes out without one.

What it costs

Included with your shoot. Or $100 on its own.

Every interior shoot Virtual View Tours does now includes a floor plan at no extra charge, at every package level. It has to be an interior shoot: an exterior-only or drone-only booking does not include one, because there is no layout to draw. If you only need the plan, with no shoot booked, a standalone floor plan starts at $100.

How it works

Captured on the shoot, in your inbox the next morning.

Step 01

Book the shoot

Pick your package and a time online. There is nothing to add on for the floor plan; it comes with any interior shoot.

Step 02

We capture the layout

Your photographer records the rooms and the measurements during the same visit, so there is no second appointment to schedule.

Step 03

We draw it up

The capture becomes a clean, labeled plan: room names, room dimensions, easy to read on a phone.

Step 04

Delivered next morning

It lands in your gallery beside your photos the next morning, ready for the MLS. The listing film is the one piece that takes longer, up to 4 business days.

Questions, answered

Floor plans in LA, the essentials.

Which shoots include a floor plan?

Every interior shoot Virtual View Tours does now includes a floor plan at no extra charge, at every package level. The one case it does not cover is a booking with no interiors, like an exterior-only or drone-only shoot, since there is no layout to draw.

Can I order a floor plan on its own, without a shoot?

Yes. A standalone floor plan, with no photo or video shoot booked, starts at $100. Larger homes are priced up from there by square footage, and you see your exact price before you book.

When do I get the floor plan?

With the rest of your gallery, the next morning. Shoot today and the plan is in your inbox beside your photos tomorrow. The listing film is the one piece on a longer clock, up to 4 business days.

Does it show room sizes and square footage?

Yes. Every room is labeled with its name and its dimensions, so a buyer can see how big a room really is and how the total adds up. Agents tell us that is the fastest way to put a square-footage question to rest.

Do I still need a 3D tour if the listing has a floor plan?

They answer two different questions. The floor plan shows the shape of the whole home in one look. A 3D tour lets a buyer walk it room by room on their own time. Plenty of listings carry both, and a Matterport tour comes with a measured plan of its own.

The small pieces are what a seller notices: nothing missing, nothing to chase, every listing handled the same way.
