Virtual View Tours provides real estate photography, video, drone, and marketing content services in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on our website, respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, book a shoot through our client portal, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we may collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your business or brokerage name
Property addresses and shoot details you provide
Answers to questions on our booking or inquiry forms
Payment information, processed by our third-party payment provider

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site.

On client proposal pages, we also record visits, time spent in sections and interactions with proposal links. A random identifier stored in your browser helps distinguish return visits. Proposal activity may include an approximate city derived from the connection, device and browser type, and the recipient label included in the proposal link.

The Ad Kit guide and tracker store your answers, progress, leads and numbers in this browser on this device. They are not automatically synced to another device. If you use the guide's send button, the answers you choose to submit are emailed to our team.

To protect our forms from spam, we use short-lived submission quota records with hashed identifiers. The quota table does not store the original IP address or email address; the enquiry itself is delivered separately to our team.

Information from advertising platforms

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the contact details and form answers you provided with us.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by text about your inquiry, your booking, and your deliverables. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed for them to perform their work. These include our booking and client portal platform, our customer relationship management platform, our file delivery and storage providers, our payment processor, our email and messaging providers, and Google Analytics for website measurement.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions such as inquiry submissions and booking-link clicks. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and sends measurement information to Google. Our inquiry tracking does not include the name, email address, phone number or message you enter in the form.

You can block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing site storage also removes Ad Kit progress and tracker data saved on this device, so export any records you want to keep first. Learn more about Google Analytics cookies.

Our booking portal, payment processor and the advertising platforms we run ads on are separate services with their own cookie and privacy policies.
