Do you shoot homes while they are still being built?
Yes. We shoot once at framing and again when the home is finished, so you have the story of the build and the launch film for the sale. We follow your site rules.
How much does it cost to shoot a spec home or a development?
Builder and developer work is quoted to the project, so you get one clear number for what you need. Tell us about the home or building and the date. A Signature package for a finished listing starts at $2,200 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft.
Can you shoot a whole community or an apartment building?
Yes. A two-day shoot covers a building, its amenities and sample units. Tell us the size of the project and the date and we send one clear quote.
How fast do we get the files?
We set delivery dates with you on the planning call, based on the size of the project. You get edited files only, in the sizes you need for the MLS, your website and social.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are part of your quote, agreed before we shoot.
